Dunkin’ is hiring full-time Restaurant General Managers for Tampa locations!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dunkin' location. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of success in the quick-service restaurant industry.

**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Must be able to work a minimum of five days per week; flexible 48 hours per week including early mornings, weekends and nights.
2 – 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the quick-service or fast-food industry, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service.
Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and vendors.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices for restaurant operations.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand financial reports, manage inventory, and control expenses.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed for stocking and cleaning tasks.
Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' and Company standards and procedures for food preparation, safety, and guest service.
ServSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
