About the DWS P.A.C.E. Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.
About the Internal Audit Team
An independent and proactive risk-based audit function that provides objective assurance, advice and insight through effective communication to enhance and protect the value of DWS.
DWS Internal Audit has over 30 staff located in our four hub locations; New York, London, Frankfurt, and Hong-Kong, and is responsible for delivering high quality audit reports covering all relevant activities of DWS. The team provides independent and objective assurance to the Management Board of DWS and its group companies ("Group"), on the adequacy of the design, effectiveness and efficiency of the risk management system and the systems of internal control.

As an Audit P.A.C.E. Graduate you will:
Gain a deep insight into how each corporate function supports and enables the success of the firm.
Learn and implement the 3 LOD model in your day-to-day work.
Support with audit cycles.
Gain insight to the expectations of our regulators, standards, and stakeholders.
Be part of the Global P.A.C.E. community.
What we are looking for:
Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
Must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor's or master's degree in either 2024 or 2025.
Must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships).
Must be available to start full-time work on the 1st September 2025.
Someone with a keen interest in financial services.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Flexibility to work on multiple assignments concurrently.

The annualized salary for this position is $75,000. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
