Job TitleDXR Sales Lead- Diagnostic Imaging (Mid-Atlantic)Job DescriptionThe DXR Sales Lead for Diagnostic Imaging drives zone sales strategies to ensure a comprehensive, executable plan for the zone in order to attain financial objectives and grow market share.Your role:Drives OIT, revenue, accurate forecasting, and achievement of business-specific sales/AOP goals.Develops strong knowledge of market, accounts, competition, and industry trends, and aggregates competitive pricing trends in the zone while collaborating with Field Marketing on issues and sales tool needs.Work closely with Regional Sales Directors and Sr. Account Executives to support account strategies for DXR and determine proper resource allocation to close deals.Ensure that the Specialist team has the tools necessary to bring clinical and technical knowledge and solutions to the customer with competitive/clinical positioning, and pricing strategies.Significant travel is required in designated Zone for this role.You're the right fit if: You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and experience.You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in DXR/Imaging. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $227,000 to $269,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.  Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.
