The client is a well-established and globally recognized outsourcing and technology services specialist. It has rapidly expanded its footprint and now operates a vast network of visa application centers and consular services centers in numerous countries across the world.
It primarily offers services that facilitate the visa application and passport issuance process. These services include visa application processing, biometric data collection, document verification, and appointment scheduling on behalf of its clients, which often consist of governments and embassies seeking to streamline and enhance their visa and consular services. In essence, it plays a pivotal role in the global mobility landscape by providing essential administrative support and technology-driven solutions that simplify visa and consular service processes.
Salary: $60K/Annum
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs as needed.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficient processes.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall service delivery.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and timely processing of visa applications.
- Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
