Ø  Innovate & Streamline: Implement effective financial strategies, streamline processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ø  Collaborate & Empower: Work closely with facility administrators and department heads to drive financial success and operational efficiency.

Ø  Compliance Champion: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, staying ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving industry.

What We’re Looking For:

Ø  Expert Knowledge: Extensive experience as a Controller in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing facilities is a must.
