Our client, a leading privately-owned beverage company, is in the final stages of an ERP migration and seeks a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Support Engineer/Analyst to join our team on a temporary contract basis. Job Description:
As a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Support Engineer/Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP system during this key migration phase. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting end-users, resolving issues, and collaborating with both internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations by addressing user queries and resolving tier 1 and 2 incidents.
- Collaborate with Microsoft partners and internal teams to handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to maximize system efficiency and empower end-users.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with the deployment of key updates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Stay informed on the latest Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including tier 1 and 2 issue resolution.
- Experience providing training and support in a live production environment.
- Strong knowledge of core Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Commerce, Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications.
- Experience with DM EDI.
