Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Systems Analyst to join our team on-site in Kansas City, Missouri. This role will lead the efforts to leverage technology and enhance our business processes to meet business needs. The candidate should have a strong background in administration and development in Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM, and Microsoft's Power Platform. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize the processes and configurations in Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM.
- Develop, implement, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure Synapse, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze the requirements, design solutions, and enhance the user experience.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Stay current on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform advancements and features to ensure best practices and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience customizing, developing, and implementing solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM and Microsoft's Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) best practices and methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
