Required skills:
- 7-10 Years in Business Analysis experience.
- Experience working on a CRM implementation at an enterprise level
- MS Dynamics 365 knowledge
- Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation (PSA) modules Knowledge
- Insurance industry knowledge and Functional certification on MSD
- Experience on Agile projects, including User Stories.
- Experience with SQL preferred and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, technology or related field, or significant work experience
