Technical Skills:

• Minimum 7 years' experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV required
• Experience with the 2 most recent versions of Dynamics NAV
• NAV Upgrade experience
• C/AL development experience
• Single/Multi-Tenant setups
• Management of system consolidations, implementations and upgrade processes
• Experience in Data Exchange framework
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Lead Requirements and Design of complex projects and ensure the lead on the
• project team implements the proper design and review any design changes for
• potential impact
• Architect high complex solutions for any NAV module and surrounding
• applications (ISV, CRM, BI)

• Thorough functional knowledge and implementation experience in following
• modules
• E-Commerce and Web Shop functionality
• Shipping and Warehousing
• Advance Warehouse management
• Assembly Management
• AR/AP
• Local Functionality ( US - will be an added advantage)
• Exposure to Handheld device integration with Navision

• Lanham E-Ship
• Charge Logic
• E-Customs
• SureTax, SaltCert
• Datahaven

• Experience working in a highly regulated IT environment with a strong
• documentation culture and formal change management process.
• Engage with leadership level stakeholders and conduct solution workshops
• Strong Multitasking capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, co-workers, and
• management
• Organized and detailed oriented
