Key Responsibilities of the E Billing Specialist:

• Manage full cycle billing, including both regular billing and e-billing.
• Process over 600 invoices per month.
• Maintain and communicate with vendors to ensure seamless billing operations.
• Administer all aspects of client account analysis and billing.
• Use electronic third-party billing applications and navigate complex billing guidelines.
• Analyze, track, and appeal e-bills with deductions or specialty legal billing needs.

Preferred Qualifications for the E Billing Specialist:

• 5+ years of legal billing experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Elite Enterprise, 3E, eBilling Hub, Paperless Proforma, or similar billing platforms.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
