SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms where our products are listed. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for driving sales performance on these channels and ensuring that product content is rich, accurate, and optimized for visibility and conversion. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Product, Data, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and sales growth across all platforms.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketplace Management: Oversee and maintain the company's product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce selling platforms, ensuring all content is accurate, optimized for search and conversion, and aligned with our brand standards.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance across all e-commerce channels, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Product Content: Work closely with the Product, Data, and Marketing teams to develop rich product content, including compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate technical information.
- Inventory & Pricing Management: Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and pricing strategies across all platforms, ensuring accurate availability and competitive positioning.
- Platform Compliance: Ensure compliance with each platform's policies, terms, and regulations, managing issues such as disputes or account restrictions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales and performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to identify and implement opportunities for optimization.
- Customer Engagement: Provide support by addressing customer inquiries and feedback on platforms, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotions or sales strategies for e-commerce platforms in coordination with the Marketing team.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce, including new platform features, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and alignment on e-commerce goals and strategies.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred not required.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms Amazon and eBay, with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including product optimization, keyword strategy, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address issues related to listings, inventory, or customer inquiries.
