About the Job
Our Inland Empire based client is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator to create and maintain the best product listings in their industry. This role is essential in ensuring that products are always up-to-date, launched on time on the website, and are ready to be promoted and sold by their marketing teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product Line Teams and utilize various tools and systems to create A+ Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for new seasonal products, product expansion, and existing products.

- Develop product listings with complete and accurate information, including images, descriptions, filters, related products, and more.
- Ensure product listings sync accurately across all systems and channels (NetSuite, BigCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
- Source and utilize all available data for product listings, including vendor data, web, AI-generated content, and more.
- Set up new releases from vendors before their release date on the website.
- Proactively update products for stock issues, out-of-print dates, and other updates.
- Quickly resolve product data setup questions or issues.
- Assist in finding new products to complement our existing lineup.
- Be available and responsive to questions and issues from CSR, marketing, and executive staff.
- Become an expert in BigCommerce, Netsuite, and other tools for product setup, info, UX, and functionality.
- Develop working knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Adwords, Amazon, and Klaviyo.
- Continuously improve your professional skills to maximize the use of our system tools (AI, SQL, HTML, etc.).
- Proactively fix and improve existing processes, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Develop SOPs for the role's functions in an organized and easy-to-follow structure.
- Provide recommendations to leadership to improve systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year plus experience in e-commerce product marketing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative and a team player
- Excellent problem solver
- Technically minded and comfortable using AI tools
- Naturally curious and does what it takes to get the job done
