About the Job
LightFire Printing is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Online Customer Service & E-Commerce Specialist to enhance our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries related to custom print orders and revisions, handling product listings, and creating graphics for eBay, Amazon, and other platforms. Your blend of customer service expertise and creative skills will be essential in improving our online presence and supporting our team, especially during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and online messaging promptly.
- Manage custom print orders, including processing revisions and ensuring accuracy.
- Provide solutions to customer issues, process returns or exchanges, and handle general inquiries professionally.
- Maintain clear and effective communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Create and optimize product listings on eBay, Amazon, and other platforms.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
- Track and update inventory levels to reflect changes and maintain product availability.
- Design engaging graphics and product images for listings using Photoshop and other design tools.
- Develop promotional materials and social media content to support marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to produce visually appealing online content.
- Assist with additional tasks during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Help prioritize and manage tasks to effectively handle increased workloads.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on high-quality customer support.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Experience with product listing and management on platforms like eBay, Amazon, etc.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and SEO principles.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and other graphic design software.
- Strong creative skills with attention to detail and quality visuals.
- Comfortable using various online tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in online customer service and e-commerce preferred.
- Background in graphic design and content creation is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional coursework or certification in graphic design, e-commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
Additional Information:
- Full-time or part-time position available.
- Flexibility in hours may be required, especially during peak seasons.
- Pay will be established on experience and discussed in your initial interview.
