E.Counsel.Underwriting. - Fidelity National Financial

Underwriting Counsel will be part of the Florida agency underwriting team in Maitland.  Underwriting Counsel will be responsible for answering a high volume of underwriting inquiries from company title examiners and Florida title agents.  Additionally, Underwriting Counsel will have the opportunity to participate in presenting training seminars and webinars.

Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Utilize company software and office equipment.

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an underwriting attorney or equivalent experience.

Membership in The Florida Bar.
