WHAT WE NEED:
E&I Engineer - Entry Level
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining electrical and instrumentation systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. The E&I Engineer will work closely with multi-discipline teams to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to conceptualize, design, and develop E&I systems that meet project requirements. This includes creating and reviewing electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, instrument data sheets, instrument loop diagrams, and other E&I related drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations in all engineering designs.
- Provide technical expertise and support in the troubleshooting and resolutions of electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Analyze system performance, diagnose problems, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to the field of electrical and instrumentation engineering.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure seamless coordination, integration of project activities and project execution.
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project records.
- Participate in the development and implementation of engineering standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to provide guidance, support, and technical expertise.
WHO WE NEED:
- Familiarity with electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations relevant to E&I engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using electrical modeling software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Desire and ability to work towards obtaining P.E. license.
