Variable shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and overtime as needed based on business demands.
Summary:
-
Performs routine production assembly on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories. Tasks include:
-
Utilizing detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
-
Conducting hydraulic, duct installation, lighting, and interior repair, along with waste and water system support.

Selecting correct parts, materials, tools, assemblies, and standards for installations.
-
Reporting job constraints, performing rework, functional checks, and making authorized changes.

Drilling close tolerance holes in composites, indexing tools, and measuring gaps.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD)-free work area, adhering to safety protocols 100%.
Required Skills:
-
High school diploma or GED.
-
1+ years of experience with assembly operations and following detailed work instructions.

Basic computer skills, understanding of assembly processes, quality systems, troubleshooting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Attention to detail, effective communication, accountability, adaptability, and teamwork.
Physical Requirements:
-
Lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional two-person lifts for heavier items.
-
Frequent bending, twisting, crouching, overhead work, and standing on various surfaces.
-
Exposure to sealants, solvents, noise, elevated platforms, and atmospheric conditions.

Must use personal protective equipment and pass visual acuity and color tests.
