What you need to be successful
To thrive as a Full-Time Early Childhood Behavior Support & Inclusion Specialist at the Y, you'll need a blend of education and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, Early Childhood, or a related field is essential to guide your expertise.
