Job Description:

The Clinic RN is responsible for assisting healthcare providers in delivering patient care, performing nursing procedures and promoting a positive patient experience in the clinic setting. This position is responsible for, but not limited to nursing duties such as: assessments, assisting providers with procedures, calling patients with test results, prescription refills, filing, ordering medical supplies, and additional duties as assigned by provider and/or Clinic Director. Position requires excellent people skills, strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and organizational skills. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.

EssentialJob Functions:

Responsible for the documentation of patient careand treatments within the electronic health record

Functions as the primary liaison betweenpatients, staff, and providers.

Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinaryteam to meet the needs of the patient.

Must be able to take vital signs, triage patientcalls, refill prescriptions, complete necessary prior authorizations, scheduling referral appointments and tohelp support their team of co-workers.

MinimumQualifications:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Certificationsand Licenses

Currentunencumbered Montana license

CurrentBLS
