seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our
team as an EB-5 Case Manager/Client Manager. In this role, you will be
responsible for managing multiple cases simultaneously, potentially
handling up to 50 cases at a given time. The ideal candidate will
possess excellent multitasking abilities, as well as the capacity to
prioritize workload effectively. While sales responsibilities are not a
primary focus in the current role, the expectation is that as the
position evolves, sales will become an integral part of the job
description. Therefore, candidates with previous sales experience are
highly desired. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of up to 50
clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. *
Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet client needs and
expectations. * Maintain regular communication with clients to provide
updates, gather necessary information, and address any concerns or
inquiries. * Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when
reviewing and analyzing large volumes of source documents to identify
relevant information. * Proactively manage client expectations and
provide exceptional customer service throughout the case management
process. * Take initiative and be a self-starter, capable of working
