Schedule: 

• 4-10 hour shifts: 7:00am to 5:30pm
• Weekends rotated (1 weekend per month)
• Approximately 5 nights of call per month

• Transesophageal Echo + Cardioversion
• Echo Guided Pericardiocentesis
• Transesophageal Echo
• TD100 Processor (TEE SCOPE Cleaning Machine)

Equipment: Four Philips CVx-3D systems

Echo Reporting System: MERGE

Electronic Medical Record: EPIC

Under the direction of the director/ cardio diagnostics supervisor, the cardiac sonographer performs routine and specialized echocardiographic studies inclusive of stress lab procedures.

Education

• Post High School Special Training

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Graduate of an Accredited Cardiac Sonographer Program
  • Registry eligible at the time of hire
  • RDCS or RCS Credentialing must be obtained within 12 months of hire date
• BLS
