Cella is looking for a skilled Ecommerce Manager for our client, a global beauty company. In this role you will be responsible for leading the execution of the end-to-end Ecommerce strategy for the Canada market. This is an opportunity for an Ecommerce all-rounder to excel in a fast-paced environment, working across 3 high-growth brands.

responsibilities:

• Brand.com assortment planning and site merchandising

  ? Lead site merchandising and assortment planning for CA sites.

  ? Manage the strategic merchandising and marketing vision for digital storefront including oversight of the content calendar, products and promotions, execution of excess inventory opportunities, and alignment with company product launch efforts.

  ? Develop strategy to support new website functionality in partnership with the vendor and executes new functionality in partnership with I.T.

  ? Maintain close relationship with Fulfillment and Customer Service teams to ensure commerce initiatives are supported with sufficient inventory.

  ? Build and execute the content calendar, associated creative briefs and signs off on final site experience.

  ? Liaise with Global Creative teams to create locally-relevant brand/retailer.com website, media and CRM assets as needed.

• Customer Acquisition and Retention

  ? Collaborate with CRM team on broadcast email and sms content as well as ongoing trigger campaign optimizations and roadmap.

  ? Partner with media agency and Global Acquisition team on always-on paid media campaigns as well as Canada-specific launch media campaigns.

  ? Own Affiliate Marketing vendor relationship; execution of Affiliate strategy.

  ? Oversee SEO strategy, agency partnership, and implementation.

  ? Partner with Global Site Experience team on upcoming site enhancements and support new site launches as needes.

• Retailer.com

  ? Own the retail.com key account relationships, leading monthly calls with retail partners to understand performance.

  ? In partnership with Marketing team develop the new product launch and sampling/GWP strategy for retail partners.

  ? Ensure all retailer POs are processed and shipped on time.

• Analytics and Financial planning

  ? Provide weekly and monthly reporting on brand.com and retailer.com results, with deep understanding of the drivers of the business performance.

  ? Partner with Planner on weekly sales analysis, completing monthly open-to-buy forecasts and ad hoc reporting.

  ? Prioritize efforts based on strategic importance and sales potential.
