Multiple Shifts Available– 100% onsite. Monday-Friday with alternating Saturday and Sunday shifts

  • 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

 A day in the role…

• Greet arriving patients and visitors
• Collecting patient demographic information, co-payments, and insurance information
• Perform registration of patients in different areas of the emergency department on a rotating schedule
• Conduct pre-registration and insurance verification for services.

Necessary Skills and Strengths:

Customer Service | Reliability | Medical Experience

Core Experience:

·      Face to face customer service

·      Prior patient registration experience a plus

·      Commitment to helping patients and working scheduled shifts
