EDI Analyst:

Job Description

EDI Analyst with the following experience:

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of mapping segments/elements and maintaining X12 and EDIFACT versions.
• Trading partner setup via VAN, AS2 or FTP
• Knowledge of working with other platforms such as Opentext, GXS, Commerce Hub, SPS, Di Central and DSCO for testing and online production support and the ability to prioritize testing and setups.
• Create/maintain UCC128 carton labels. Knowledge of Lanham e-ship a plus.
• Must be comfortable with working multiple vendors and their EDI customers.
• Support in resolving EDI issues/questions by customer service and vendors.
• Ability to research and resolve chargebacks.
• End of month EDI reporting to accounting, VAN and AS2 charges.
• Packing station and carrier station setup when pertaining to new EDI setup, if applicable.
• Knowledge of 3rd party &/or UPS Link carrier setup a plus.
• Other duties include job queues and web order management.
• After hour/weekend support when needed.
