About the Job
The CCMC Education Associate supports the Commission's educational programs, including PACETM, CMBOK®, and CM Learning Network®. This role involves managing content updates, coordinating logistics for educational events, and supporting committee and board meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Association Headquarters (AH) Responsibilities:
- Serve as a role model for company culture and embrace core values.
- Attend AH meetings and pursue professional development opportunities.
- Participate in AH committees/task forces when appropriate.
Client Responsibilities:
- Manage and support CCMC's educational products and services, including workshops, webinars, and online learning platforms.
- Upload, update, and test content for educational programs.
- Act as a liaison with authors and copy editors for content updates.
- Coordinate with the web team to ensure proper product functionality.
- Oversee registration and reporting for education-related partners.
- Handle logistical arrangements for workshops, including participant registration, vendor coordination, and facilitator reimbursements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for event promotion and content approval.
- Manage CE approval applications and submit them to NASW and other providers.
- Assist in committee and board meeting preparation, including material creation and logistics.
- Attend conferences and trade shows to promote the Commission's products and services.
- Work with external vendors to manage technology and logistics related to education programs.
Measurement of Success:
- Positive feedback from client partner surveys.
- Successful achievement of agreed-upon metrics for client programs.
- Consistent adherence to AH policies and procedures.
- Proactive resolution of challenges with limited errors in work product.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required.
- Experience in managing educational programs and logistics preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to solve practical problems and anticipate challenges.
- Proficiency in managing content and educational platforms.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Requires extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
