Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for an Education & Clinical Liaison in our Louisville, CO location. The Education & Clinical Liaison will support multiple stakeholders internally and externally with educational content and training, ensuring that initiatives drive sales and lead generation while building customer engagement, knowledge, and advocacy with Quicksilver Scientific products. Primary day to day-to-day activities will include hosting educational and training sessions, presenting in webinars or events, answering technical questions about our products, and creating educational material. In this role, you will also heavily collaborate cross-departmentally with sales, marketing, events, regulatory, quality, and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Presenting clinically relevant Quicksilver Scientific topics to live and virtual audiences.
- Evaluating scientific literature, focusing on nutritional science and Quicksilver Scientific-related topics. Support in creating relevant scientific, health or technical content
- Responding promptly to clinical inquiries, demonstrating thorough knowledge in Quicksilver Scientific science.
- Developing and executing training on products and updates.
- Educating and supporting sales and customer service team members.
- Creating educational tools and resources.
- Attending and representing Quicksilver Scientific at seminars, conferences and various trade shows.
- Developing content for various platforms, including written articles, videos, and webinars.
- Staying informed on trends in nutrition and functional medicine.
- Collaborating effectively across departments.
- Manage identified Quicksilver Scientific education development, including execution of education projects and events and cross-functional collaboration.
- Leading the development, execution, management, and growth of identified educational programs including Quicksilver Scientific Institute.
- Identifying new customer learning resources and manage the development and execution of these assets. Support the maintenance of current customer assets.
- Responsible for ensuring that applicable education assets are substantiated, on-message and meet QA guidelines.
- In collaboration with education, marketing, and sales, support the educational aspects of sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the development and execution of internal sales education to support growth of the practitioner channel.
- Responsible for the development of engaging practitioner training.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and quality assurance to improve workflows and SOPs that accommodate the growth and future of the company.
- Support and lead identified clinical projects.
- Support compliance with the company quality standards, FDA regulations and guidance, standards, and other pertinent country specific regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience and/or certifications required
- 5+ years in functional and integrative medicine desired
- Industry experience in dietary supplements desired
- Experience in a health educator role; creating content at either a consumer-packaged good brand (functional food and beverage, or dietary supplements) with a focus on health and wellness
- Experience with creating content for a diverse group of stakeholders (internal sales team, health care practitioners, consumers at all levels, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to organize workstreams, timelines, priorities, and milestones. You are systems-thinking yet exceptional at prioritizing for organizational impact and timelines
- Has an abundance of curiosity and a keen understanding of the "why."
- Comfortable leading or being led and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable with ambiguity, has great attention to execution, and the ability to effectively prioritize at both the project and task level
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced rapidly evolving and dynamic industry landscape.
- Tech savvy: advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, and in mobile/cloud resources including CRM software and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
Location: This position is hybrid remote and requires approximately 10-15% travel
