About the Job
- Under the direction of the Company Center Director an Education coordinator is responsible for meeting revenue, operations, and marketing goals at the Center through marketing, generating new business, retaining existing business, and managing and developing full-time staff.
- The Center Director is the leader, trainer, marketer, and salesperson.
Primary Functions / Responsibilities:
- Manage to meet monthly revenue, expense, operations, and marketing goals.
- Meet weekly with OM to discuss goals and the action plans to meet them.
- Manage all Center activities and their quality.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with full-time staff to discuss goals and the action plans to meet them.
- Conduct daily meetings with full-time staff about daily activities.
- Provide on-going feedback to improve performance and meet goals.
- Manage Center finances, including cash flow, payments, close outs, returned checks, and refunds and expenses related to staff and other expenses delegated by OM.
- Monitor, program, and reprogram student instructional programs.
- Maintain Student Permanent Folders and Student Instructional Binders.
- Review, or manage the review of, each student's instructional program at least once per month.
- Develop marketing for LC and Exam Prep services based on school schedules and any other relevant factors to meet marketing goals, which include developing positive relationships with school personnel, increasing Huntington's presence in the community, and increasing inquiry volume.
- Prepare for, conduct, and follow up after, professional contacts, student-focused school visit and event-focused school visits, PTA and parent workshops, and visits to merchants, community groups, and maintain appropriate records.
- Conduct Parent and Student Interim/Initial Conferences as needed.

- Create and maintain student and teacher schedules. Anticipate teacher needs. Monitor teacher payroll
cost by optimizing student-teacher ratios. Perform all payroll functions. - Conduct initial inquiries.
- Perform additional projects assigned by Center Director.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and evaluate all other full-time Center staff.
- Participate in teacher meetings.
- Maintain a high level of staff morale. Minimize staff turnover.
Qualifications:
- 4 Year Bachelors Degree.
- Education Background a plus.
- 32 hr/week.
Salary between $31K and $41K annually ( Working hours Monday Through Thursday: 2:30-8:30, Fridays and Sundays are off but must work Saturdays from 8:30 to 1:30 with chances for promotion to Director and full time.
