At our Arlington, TX facility, we're looking for a proactive EHS Coordinator who's passionate about environmental health and safety. Your expertise will be vital in shaping our practices and ensuring our commitment to safe, compliant, and eco-friendly operations.

Position Overview:

The EHS Coordinator is our go-to expert for maintaining safe work environments and environmentally sound practices. You'll ensure we meet compliance standards, drive continuous improvement in EHS processes, and foster a culture of safety throughout our plant.

The Day-to-Day:

• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs in alignment with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Lead safety training sessions for employees and contractors to reinforce safe practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and update environmental permits, records, and documentation.
• Oversee waste management and recycling programs to ensure compliance with environmental policies.
• Perform routine safety audits and workplace inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Manage PPE compliance and monitor safety equipment inventory.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS protocols are integrated into daily operations.
• Support emergency response planning and organize drills.

What We're Looking For:

•  Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field or, equivalent experience. 
• 2+ years of EHS experience, ideally in manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Certifications in OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
