EHS Intern (Summer 2022) - PCI Pharma Services

The EH&S Intern will assist in carrying out various Environmental Health and Safety responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

PRIMARY DUTIES:


* Will help to develop EH&S training for supervisors / managers
* Perform risk assessments on production lines and warehouse spaces
* Conduct postural assessment technique to identify areas of ergonomics improvements
* Participate in behavioral based safety evaluations throughout all faculties
* Provide insight into the current state of EH&S programs/policies and offer suggestions for improvements
* Attendance to work is an essential function of this position
* Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor
Required:

* Working toward Bachelor's Degree in related field.
* College Level Math Skills
* Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
* Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
* High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.
