- Bachelor's Degree (from an Accredited University) in an EHS or related field
- 5-8 years EHS related experience and supervisory experience
- Management experience in a manufacturing/aerospace environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability required
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Good oral and written communication ability
- Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking and define
- problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position;
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Responsible for managing programs, policies and practices related to environmental and safety compliance, emergency & evacuation, loss prevention, and workers' compensation. Acts as the facility coordinator and primary contact for internal customers and external agencies for all matters pertaining to environmental, health & safety.
