EHS Specialist at Judge Group

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
• Provide EHS training and education to employees.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities.                       

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in Environmental Science or Occupational Health and Safety is preferred
• 3 years of experience in an EHS role Highly prefer some experience in an industrial setting
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in EHS (e.g., CSP, CIH) is a plus.
