POSITION SUMMARY
Responsibilities include effectively communicating results and ensuring Customer satisfaction. This position also supports cleanroom certification projects working under the supervision of a senior technician.
DUTIES
1. Performs routine certification and repairs of devices that contain HEPA filters and cleanrooms at Customer sites. This includes disassembling, replacing, or repairing defective parts; rewiring or reassembling as required; troubleshooting, and adjusting/calibrating by using standard and specialized tools and test equipment.
2. May perform specialty work such as ASHRAE 110 fume hood testing, National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) accredited certifications, VHP room decontamination, Environmental Monitoring (EM), or compressed air testing upon successful completion of optional internal or external training classes.
3. Utilizes computer technology to record and upload testing data preferably while at the Customer site. Performs administrative duties promptly as assigned.
4. Follows Customer protocols when entering and exiting facilities and abides by all ***and Customer Health & Safety procedures. Acts as a positive ambassador for *** at Customer sites.
5. Ensures Customer satisfaction through proactive communication and commitment to resolving Customer issues and answering questions.
6. Communicates regularly with lead technicians, dispatch, and management regarding any changes to the expected schedule and outcomes of service visits at Customer sites.
7. Maintains and is responsible for personal tool and testing equipment inventory.
8. Identifies potential business growth opportunities and communicates leads to management and sales.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum level education required:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum work experience required in addition to education above:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Customer facing position
Will work experience be accepted in lieu of the above? No
