Huntington Learning Center is urgently seeking positive and passionate tutors to join our dynamic teaching team at elementary and middle schools in East Chicago. This position is for ELA(English Language Arts) and Math instruction. This is an in-person position at the school during the school day. This is NOT a remote position. You will be employed by Huntington Learning Center Fishers.

- Part-Time: Hours vary Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
- Duration: November 2024 to March 2025, with potential for continuation during the 2025-2026 school year.
- Location: East Chicago.
- Grade Levels: 4-6.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
- Teaching certificate is preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
- With Bachelor's Degree: $20.00 per hour.
- With Valid Teaching Certification: $25.00 per hour.
- Lead Teacher with Certification: $30.00 per hour
- Bi-Lingual Teacher (English/Spanish) : $25.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Lead Teacher and Program Director to implement instructional programs.
- Utilize Huntington Learning Center’s instructional procedures and curriculum.
- Administer baseline tests at established intervals.
- Maintain student records of attendance and progress.
- Follow school policies and procedures; supervise students at all times.
