Project Overview
This role will support full-time client staff to to manage the design and development of e-learning trainings requested by a variety of client business units.Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between the business and IT.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure project success.
- Design training courses utilizing input provided by client content owners and subject matter experts.
- Develop training animations and storytelling-based modules using client approved software tools (Articulate, Vyond, WellSaid, Camtasia, PowerPoint Morph Animations)
- Work with client personnel to develop new interactions in existing courses.
- Prepare exceptional, highly polished written and oral communication for senior-level presentations.
- Define and manage the training workstream and documents of projects (schedule, tasks, cost, changes/risks/issues) via processes, procedures, and tools for assigned projects.
- As needed, manage all assigned project workstreams.
- Monitor the project schedule and deliverables.
- Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
- Recognize problems or situations that are or may impact the project delivery. Work cross-functionally to resolve issues, mitigate risks and implement changes.
- Work with management to escalate and resolve more complex issues and risks.

Skills
- Advanced user of Articulate Studio Storyline to develop online training. • Animation designer to drive content and storytelling scenarios using tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, After Effects, PowerPoint Animations, PhotoShop and Illustrator.
- Ability to develop audio scripts to accompany eLearning topics using AI voice solutions such as WellSaid.
- Possess a working knowledge of Project Management skills needed for interaction with clients during the design and development process.
- Ability to work on projects as a solo team member and meet quality/timing requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with the training team to storyboard, design and deliver engaging training solutions.
- Ability to review provided information and develop learning objectives and course storyboard.
- Ability to create or modify graphical elements.
- Ability to edit video content such as trimming and combining elements into videos.
- Create new or modify existing interactions across a variety of applications.
- Prioritize time and project deliverables with minimal oversight.
- Provide concise project update reports on work in progress.
- Publish SCORM 1.2 and AICC compliant courseware.
