Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Soldering: Solder wiring and assemble military-grade connectors, wall plugs, and wiring harnesses, ensuring all connections are secure and meet stringent military standards.
• Component Assembly: Attach electrical components and samples to chassis panels with accuracy, ensuring all parts are properly aligned and secured.
• Team Communication: Actively communicate with supervisors, managers, and fellow cable assemblers to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Diagram Review: Carefully review cable assembly diagrams to ensure each finished component adheres to customer specifications, with no room for error.
• Order Fulfillment: Read and interpret detailed job orders to guarantee complete and accurate order fulfillment, minimizing the risk of rework or delays.
• Production Reporting: Accurately report production numbers to assigned supervisors, helping maintain transparency and accountability across the team.
• Ongoing Training: Participate in both voluntary and mandatory training sessions to stay updated on the latest techniques and safety protocols, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
• Equipment Assembly & Maintenance: Assemble and maintain electronic equipment, focusing on wiring systems that meet the highest standards of reliability and durability.
