BECOMING AN ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Depending on experience, you earn $16.00 - $18.00/hour. We also offer great benefits like a bonus structure, company parties, PTO health insurance, life insurance, uniforms, and a simple IRA with company match.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
You travel throughout the state and work on various projects Monday - Friday. You're often traveling during the week, but you're home on the weekends.
You're responsible for troubleshooting problems with traffic signals and highway lights and working with your team to maintain these systems. Keeping safety and accuracy at the forefront, you use various equipment to install conduits, wires, foundations, and other related components. You get to use your hands, complete fulfilling work, and learn even more within the essential electrical trade!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Strong work ethic and great attitude
- Fluent English communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Willingness to travel throughout Texas and work out of town for 5 days a week
- Legal US citizen
A commercial driver's license (CDL) would be a huge plus!
