We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

The nature of the grid is in flux – we on the Engineering Analytics & Modeling team see this challenge and aim to rise to the occasion. Our team mandate is simple: we aim to bridge the gap between real-world system data and provide consumable business intelligence to help steer the future of how we monitor and manage the grid. Our fast-growing team is responsible for the capture, utilization, and application of time-series data, including Synchrophasors and SCADA. Our work is to steward this data and ensure its analysis and outputs influence our business and the industry to adapt and meet the demands of shifting energy landscape. Candidates must bring an ability to identify gaps in knowledge and organizational capability and who can identify and create solutions for managing our portfolio, projects, and processes to ensure we serve the business with dynamic and effective operations. A successful candidate will focus on:
- Developing and managing the team’s overall project schedule and work portfolio. Workstreams will range in size from complex programs to quick turnaround projects, and everything in between.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and deliberate approach to developing and delivering projects.
- Serving as the liaison between our development team and our stakeholders groups ensuring clear communication lines to track progress and dismantle roadblocks
- Ensuring that stakeholders and individual contributors' complete deliverables in a timely manner and adjusting project plans as needed.
- Advocating for team by escalating issues and refining processes to improve velocity and agility while reducing complexity.
- Analyzing, interpreting, summarizing and presenting administrative and technical information and data in an effective manner to ensure teams growth and impact mandates are achieved.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- 5-6+ years of industry experience in the field of construction, engineering, finance and/or management with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in project management.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management, relevant technologies, and leadership in the assigned project areas.
- Strong team building skills, demonstrated skill and ability in effectively leading teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to develop, manage and monitor project performance to ensure results meet project requirements, schedules, and targeted outcomes.
- Ability to coordinate the resolution of technical problems and implement changes.
- Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums
- Preferred knowledge in project management methodologies including but not limited to deploying and managing project management software (Trello, Project, JIRA, etc.), Kanban tracking, Agile development, etc.
Key Considerations
Must be able to meet NERC qualifications.
