Duston Dougherty Electric (DDE) is looking for a motivated and eager Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced electricians and gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade. As an apprentice, you will assist with installations, maintenance, and repairs while receiving comprehensive on-the-job training.

• Assistance & Learning: Support journeymen and foremen with electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Training & Development: Participate in on-the-job training and educational programs to develop skills in the electrical trade.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
• Tool Handling: Use and maintain tools and equipment properly, keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Documentation: Assist with keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in Electrical Work: Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and advance within the company.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy materials, working at heights, and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Basic Skills: Familiarity with hand and power tools; ability to read a tape measure and basic understanding of electrical principles is a plus.
• License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Farm experience is a plus for demonstrating a strong work ethic.
