Electrical Assembler - Zobility

Job Description

Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling a variety of subassemblies and/or finished products for the Production department. Additional responsibilities include functional tests to meet specifications, quality checks, and on-time deliveries. Reports directly to the Production Leads and Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Cuts wires to specified lengths, using wire cutters.
• Cuts plastic sleeves and slips sleeves over wire ends to insulate connections.
• Crimps terminal eyelets and lugs to wire ends, using hand or machine crimping device.
• Neatly routes, combs, twists, wraps, ties, and attaches wires through wire way to terminal points.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow Electrical Schematics.
• Ability to identify wire color, gauge and conductors.
• Ability to identify electrical components.
• Familiar with and adhere to Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
