Electrical Commercial Project Manager - Erwin Electric

Erwin Electric is currently seeking an Experienced Electrical Project Manager to supervise a variety of commercial construction projects from Temp Power to Punch List. An ideal candidate will have a background as an electrician combined with management experience in commercial construction. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of projects, ensuring effective planning and execution.
• Manage field operations, including scheduling, procurement, and budget management.
• Address contract modifications and track and approve change orders.
• Prepare and submit precise monthly draw requests.
• Participate in job site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Handle multiple projects, conduct site visits, and meet quality, safety, and staffing objectives.
• Resolve issues related to change orders, RFIs, inspections, and punch list items.
• Create and manage submittals, RFIs, as-built drawings, and close-out documents.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards in collaboration with the Safety Advisor.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in time management, organization, leadership, and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• Over 5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Electrical experience, with journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, preparing construction schedules, and utilizing project management tools.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check and drug screening required.
