We are seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager with Estimating experience to join our Electrical Construction team. This exciting role is pivotal to our construction operations, overseeing estimating and project management, ensuring accurate cost estimates for electrical installations and managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Personal Time Off (PTO)- Accrued throughout 1st yr, up to 104hrs, and another 40hrs after 5th year of employment
- $50/month reimbursement of personal phone

- Oversee large scale electrical projects for the construction division, which include hospitals, schools, colleges, etc.
- Performing project management and estimating jobs.
- Managing 5-15 employees performing the electrical construction.
- Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $5 million efficiently while ensuring completion within budget and on time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in estimating and project management within the electrical industry.
- A thorough understanding of electrical systems, and New York codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency using estimating software.
