Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Cost Estimator position include:

• 5+ years of relevant electrical estimating experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in estimating software, including ConEst, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Procore.
• Analyze blueprints and documents to prepare accurate cost and labor estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Review and maintain documentation for material, labor requirements, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish and manage tendering processes and conduct negotiations.
• Ensure detailed cost monitoring and compliance with company values and procedures.
• Must pass pre-employment alcohol and drug screening; maintain state licensure and relevant certifications (e.g., AACE, ASPE).

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
