About the Job
Selectek has an immediate need for an Electrical Design Engineer with experience working on power and lighting projects for commercial facilities.
Required:
The core of this job will be providing design support for commercial power and electrical projects. Most of their current work is for data centers and other mission critical facilities. They will produce the electrical drawings for all the power and lighting work. Candidates will need to be able to work independently and take the lead on projects.
Sponsorship: No
Pay range: $32/hour - $38/hour ($67,000 - $80,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment: 6 month temp to perm
Hours and shift: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM open to flex time
Work from Home: Yes, the amount will depend on the candidate. A more experience person may only need to come in for meetings while a more junior person may need to come in once a week.
Working Remote: No
Overtime: Not Often
Travel: Occasional trips to the field
Work attire: Business Casual

Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ Years of power and lighting design/engineering for commercial projects
- REVIT Proficiency
- EIT/PE
- A background with data center or mission critical facilities
