Description:

Are you an experienced Electrical Designer/Drafter looking to apply your skills on a variety of exciting projects? G&W Engineering is seeking a talented individual with proficiency in Revit and at least 3 years of experience in electrical design to join our growing team. You’ll collaborate with engineers and project managers to design and draft electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You will play a key role in developing electrical design drawings, contributing to high-impact projects that shape the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare detailed electrical design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications, standards, and deadlines.
• Review and modify electrical designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage project documentation, including updating and maintaining drawings and related records.
• Troubleshoot design issues and provide technical support as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design or drafting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit is required; knowledge of AutoCAD is also highly preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise and accurate designs while managing multiple projects.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
