What You Will Do
The Principal Electrical Development Engineer leads engineering analysis, component design, and specification testing, overseeing medium to large projects. This role drives innovation by proposing new product features and extensions, while staying updated on the latest industry trends.

They deliver their expertise effectively to ensure smooth integration and manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading New Product Development of power products including PDU's, UPS's and accessories.
- Supporting engineering of power electronics and power products.
- Developing and supporting execution of power electronics and power products product specification and associated design validation test plans.
- Leading/coordinating prototype builds with power products suppliers and contract manufacturer.
- Leading/supporting root cause analysis for production field returns.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 8+ years' experience in electrical engineering related field.
- 8+ years' experience with 208V/415/480V AC power electronics product development.
- 5+ years' experience with PDU or UPS New Product Development.
- 5+ years' experience with embedded system New Product Development.
- Proficient with typical lab equipment (power supply, oscilloscope, DMM, etc).
