Exciting opportunity for an Electrical Division Manager in Albuquerque, NM! This dynamic and fast-growing, SBA 8(a) certified electrical contractor is looking for a senior-level leader to manage its government and commercial projects

As the Electrical Division Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team while overseeing multiple departments, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Division Manager position include:
Develop strategic growth plans for the division, including capital budget preparation and performance metric tracking.
10+ years of experience in electrical contracting within commercial and government projects.
Licensed Journeyman Electrician (EE98J), with Electrical Contractor’s License (EE98) preferred.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and ConEst estimating software.
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget.
Manage and mentor a team of four direct reports, including PMs and estimators, while reporting to the COO.
Collaborate with field management to maintain project safety, site logistics, and document control.
Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
