A top Engineering firm is looking for an Electrical Engineer. This position is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals with experience in MEP engineering firms. Here's an overview of the role and the qualifications required:
Electrical Engineer Requirements:
- 4+ years experience with commercial, residential, healthcare, light industrial, municipal, education, recreation (doesn’t need all these markets, but should have more than one)
- E.I.T. or Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is preferred, or working towards licensure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam software
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to influence and prioritize activities within the design team
- Excellent communication skills to maintain open communication with clients
- Experience in planning, collaborating, and monitoring project budgets
- Ability to overcome roadblocks and ensure project completion
Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure project success from start to finish
- Utilize working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam software
- Provide valuable insights and make informed decisions regarding mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Monitor project budgets and identify any scope creep
- Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project
