Electrical Engineer - Selectek, Inc.

We have an immediate need for an Electrical Design Engineer with experience working on power and lighting projects for commercial facilities.

Position Summary:
This role will help with the production of Electrical designs that will include power distribution, lighting and lighting controls systems, and various low voltage systems

Job responsibilities will include:

• Electrical designs will include power distribution, lighting and lighting controls systems, and various low voltage systems.
• Candidate experience should include some familiarity with design of power and lighting for commercial projects.
• Preparing CAD/REVIT generated construction drawings and specifications.
• Performing submittal/shop drawing reviews and production
• Meeting/webinars with clients to coordinate designs.
• Meeting with vendors to specify appropriate equipment.
• Managing and delivering revisions
• Responding to RFI's
• Conducting construction site reviews (as required)
• Supporting electrical staff as required

Required:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• 2 plus years as an Electrical Engineer generating construction drawings and specification for commercial projects.
• Revit Proficiency

Preferred:

• Medical Facility Project Experience

Pay:  $32-$38/hr.
Location:  Duluth, GA
Duration:  Temp-to-hire
