Electrical Engineer - Design Systems, Inc.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with functional and performance-based specification development.
• Familiarity with electrical and control system design including key documents such as schematics diagrams, single lines, P&ID and control narratives.
• Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical systems
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work in teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and milestones.

Position Duties:

• Develop of design documents and reports, including Scopes of Work, electrical layouts, equipment schematics and block diagrams, electrical system calculations, and one-line diagrams.
• Collaborate daily with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct thorough reviews of electrical drawings and provide corrections as needed.
• Assist in determining power requirements for various projects, ensuring adequate capacity and efficiency.
• Support project installation from initial concept through to commissioning.

Educaton:

• Bachelor's Degree
