Electrical Engineer at Cindavi

Seeking an entry to junior level Electrical Engineering graduate to support the design & implementation of cutting-edge automation & controls equipment.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer to design, develop, and commission control systems for equipment and automation projects. This role requires proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging PLC, HMI, and vision systems to support a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be innovative, embrace new technologies, and take ownership of projects to ensure efficient and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute control system integration projects with vendors and company facilities.
• Prepare control system specifications and requirements based on internal standards.
• Develop panel designs, layouts, schematic diagrams, control system drawings, and BOMs.
• Create system designs, PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs, and configurations.
• Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Provide progress reports on project status and timelines.
• Simulate, test, and troubleshoot control systems, documenting and reporting findings.
• Support preventive maintenance planning to ensure effective tasks and plans are in place.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 0-3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
