Key Responsibilities
- Participate in innovation initiatives, contributing to R&D projects and exploring new technologies.
- Responsible for the design and development of next generation high precision electrical systems. Including analog circuits, high ENOB ADC/DAC and high speed communications.
- Drive the selection and integration of components for high accuracy scientific ultrasensitive gas analyzers for trace gas monitoring applications
- Conduct theoretical modeling, circuit simulations, and prototype development to validate design concepts.
- Support the full lifecycle of PCB from block diagram to production and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and operations for continuous improvements on products.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; higher degrees preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on analog circuit design and system integration.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of analog electronics, mixed-signal electronics, and signal conditioning/processing.
- Expertise in PCB design tools (e.g., OrCAD) and circuit simulation software (e.g., LTspice).
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers programing, as well as serial communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI).
- Experience with lab test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, high precision DMMs, data loggers, etc.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of C/C++ coding and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with FPGA and SoCs.
- Previous experience with MIR lasers and/or gas spectroscopy.
- Familiarity with power and battery charger systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance for consumer electronics. (e.g., UL, CE)

- Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000
